Rules that keep BitterHost usable for everyone.
You may not use BitterHost services for activities that are illegal in the jurisdictions where our servers operate or where you reside. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing malware, running abusive bulk email operations, or hosting content that clearly violates the rights of others.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or accounts using BitterHost resources. If we receive abuse reports or detect clear abuse patterns, we may suspend or terminate the affected services while we investigate.
Shared services depend on responsible use. Activities that consume disproportionate CPU, memory, storage, or network resources may be limited. High volume batch processing, cryptocurrency mining, and similar tasks are not permitted on shared plans.
If you believe a BitterHost hosted site or service is being used for abuse, contact [email protected] with as much detail as you can provide, including logs or message headers when available.
